Cancellation Policy

At our salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice. To cancel your scheduled appointment, please call us directly or email us at appointments@cliqueorganicsalons.com no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another happy customer access to your appointment time. This allows us to see someone else who’s eager for some pampering!

If we don’t receive notice within that 24-hour window, we will charge you 50% of your scheduled service amount. A notification will be sent alerting you of the fact that you failed to show up for your appointment and did not cancel with enough notice (at least 24 hours in advance).
