What services do you offer?

We’re proud to offer a wide range of haircare services so that you can look and feel your best. Our highly-skilled team of stylists is trained in hair design, hair styling, hair cutting, hair colouring including the latest techniques like balayage, hair & scalp treatments, and custom texture services like organic perms and de-frizzing treatments. We even offer workshops to learn essential haircare techniques and have launched an education arm for up-and-coming stylists.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you get the time slot that works best for you. While walk-ins are absolutely welcome, availability may be limited, and we often book up weeks in advance. Book your appointment now.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

To cancel your scheduled appointment, please call us directly or email us at appointments@cliqueorganicsalons.com no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another happy customer access to your appointment time.

Late cancellations will be considered no-shows. If we don’t receive notice within that 24-hour window, we will charge you 50% of your scheduled service amount. A notification will be sent alerting you of the fact that you failed to show up for your appointment and did not cancel with enough notice (at least 24 hours in advance).

We truly appreciate your understanding, as this helps us keep our salon running smoothly and ensures that all our clients receive the attention they deserve.

Can I shop haircare products online?

Absolutely! We’ve set up our online shop with all the products we carry in our salon. Please note, we’re currently only offering in-salon pick-up, no shipping, but you can still place your orders online and pick them up when they’re ready.

What’s your refund / exchange policy?

At Clique Organic Salons we want you to love the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

Exchanges – 30 Days:

We gladly accept exchanges on gently used retail products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be at least 75% full and returned with a valid receipt.

Refunds – 7 Days:

To receive a full refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unused or only slightly used (minimum 90% full), in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • All clearance, promotional, or final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Brushes, tools, and hair accessories are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
